Through this project, we design and set up all aspects of embroidery operations. From infrastructure design, advise on equipment purchase, process design, and human resource requirements, we plan and implement the project right up to production commencement. As per our past experience, we have noticed a dearth of properly trained staff for Embroidery units which leads to lower levels of quality, efficiency, capacity utilization, increased wastages, inventory holding cost, leading to lower profitability and loss of customer and eventually lesser business.
The primary reason is the lack of proper professional training service providers to support the industry. To fill this gap, AURA Technovations introduces a host of training services for various positions related to the embroidery manufacturing industry. This includes training of supervisory staff for various departments like production, finishing, quality, despatches etc for more efficient working with time savings leading to increased customer satisfaction
index and retention.
